Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review the size guide before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, email info@projectsouledge.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the garment and any relevant packaging.

Requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Please do not return an item without authorization.

If a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damage caused after delivery by wear, misuse, alterations, or improper care is not eligible for a refund.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the unfulfilled items and any applicable shipping charges.
